How is the Fabric Cut
The majority of our Moda fabrics are 44 or 45 inches wide. From this bolt width, we hand cut our fabric in three different ways to suit the needs of our customers: by the fat quarter, in 25cm increments or by the metre.
The minimum amount of fabric cut is either 25cm by width of fabric, or as fat quarter. We understand that every quilter and sewer is different, and while the 25cm by WOF has the same fabric volume as a FQ, sometimes you just need it in a different shape! That's why we offer our customers both fabric cutting options. This handy table will explain this quickly to you.

How to Order Your Fabric
When you are ordering your chosen fabric, you have two things to select on the fabric product page: the size of the fabric and the quantity. In the Size box, select from Fat Quarter, 25cm increment or 1 metre. Then in the quantity box, select how many of that fabric size you want. It is not possible to order one FQ and one 25cm piece at one time, but you can add your first size to your shopping cart and then choose a different size and then add it to the shopping cart, giving you two pieces of the same fabric cut in two different ways.
